vCard QR code for business cards

A vCard QR code holds your contact data in the vCard 3.0 format. Anyone who scans gets a direct "save contact" dialog — no typing, no mistakes.

Steps

  1. New code → "vCard" tab.
  2. Fill at least Full name — everything else is optional.
  3. Optional fields: email, phone, company, title, website.
  4. Pick colours and frame as usual.
  5. Create code.

Which fields are worth adding?

Field Recommendation
Full name always
Phone always, include country code (+49…)
Email always
Company if you represent it
Title only if it is informative
Website optional, helps SEO

Too many fields make the QR matrix denser and therefore harder to scan. Keep it lean.

Tip: put it on your lock screen

Download the code as SVG and use it as phone wallpaper or widget on your lock screen. At a networking event, show your phone — contact exchange in 2 seconds.

Print

For print media, download as PDF (vector, scales without loss). Minimum size on paper: 20 × 20 mm on good paper, 25 × 25 mm if printed in colour on matte stock.
