The tiers (Free / Starter / Growth) differ in feature sets, quotas and monthly cost. Changes flow through our payment partner (Stripe) and are possible at any time.
Upgrade (Free → Starter / Growth)
- Open Billing in the sidebar.
- In the Change plan dropdown, pick the desired plan (Starter / Growth × monthly / yearly).
- Confirm — we redirect you to Stripe Checkout.
- Finish payment — you land back in the dashboard and the new plan is active right away.
Downgrade (Starter → Free / Growth → Starter)
Same billing panel. We schedule the new plan for the next billing date — you keep the already-paid month in full. No refunds, but no double-charges either.
What happens if I exceed quotas?
On a downgrade you may temporarily have more active codes than the new quota:
- You keep every code active — we never break redirect traffic.
- Creating new codes only works again once you are back below the quota (e.g. by archiving old codes).
If the new plan's seat limit is below your current member count, you must remove members before the downgrade finalises — otherwise the system rejects the change with 409.
Invoices & payment data
Payment method, billing address and PDF downloads live in the Stripe customer portal. The Manage invoices button in the billing panel opens it (active from P3).
